I have a familh member here who is in dire need of mental treatment. What are the processes to go thru to geg one admitted to Laloki Hospital? Are there any fees need to be paid? Cam transportation be organised??

I have a family member who has been constantly taking marijuana and is mentally not stable. I suggest he be admitted at the Laloki mental hospital for at least 3-6 months. this may help him stop taking the drug. I reside in Pom but how should I go about in order for the patient to be admitted.
